All Fiamma goods sold by Agentfiamma come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects when used in accordance with manufacturers instructions and guidelines.
Non-Fiamma Products
Non-Fiamma products are guaranteed for 12-months.
Making a Claim Under Guarantee
If you wish to return a product under guarantee you must submit a claim in writing. For your convenience we have provided a short form, which can be found on the' Returning Merchandise' web page, where you can submit notice of such a claim. Alternatively if you'd prefer you may submit your claim by post or via email using the contact information below. Agentfiamma will maintain contact with you until your claim is concluded.

Once we have acknowledged the claim, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) reference, which can be used by both parties to identify the claim in any future correspondence.
Shipping and Costs
We will determine the cheapest method for returing goods back to our premises. Depending upon the size and weight of the item/s to be returned we may request that you send the item back using a Post Office recorded service, using the address details above. For larger, heavier or more expensive items we may arrange for a courier collection on your behalf. If it is necessary to arrange for a courier collection from your address, you must bare the cost of doing so (charges vary according to size and weight) until we are able to confirm that the item/s is valid claim under the conditions of the guarantee. Once confirmation of a valid claim is made the cost of returning the item to our premises will be refunded to your account.
Guarantee Claims Acknowledgement
Once we have recieved your claim, it is our aim to contact you within 1 full working day. Please make sure your contact information is accurate, we may need to contact you directly by telephone.
