Alternative shipping
method:
It maybe possible to dispatch your order using a lower cost
Royal Mail service. However this service does not offer tracking
& typically takes between 3-5 working days. It is uneconomical
to use Royal Mail for orders weighing more than 2kg for Zone
B locations, 10kg for Zone C locations & 20kg for Zone D
locations. Parcel size restrictions apply to Royal Mail deliveries,
for example Royal Mail service is not available for products
longer than 240cm or Ultra-Boxes (except Box 180 & 320).
To request a quote for delivery using Royal Mail contact us
by telephone on 0161 902 3023/5 or by email,
alternatively place your order using our Website and tick the
checkbox at the foot of the page to request a quote for a Royal
Mail delivery. A member of staff will contact you with a quote
before your order is processed. Please note that if our attempts
to contact you are unsuccessful your order could be delayed.
Important
Delivery Information:
- Orders received before 12:00 p.m. will be processed &
dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability).
- We do not deliver during the weekend.
- Your order will require a signature. Please check for
damaged or missing goods before you sign for your delivery.
- If we are unable to deliver your
goods within the time specified we will advise you by telephone
or email.
- Spares or very small items
will be dispatched using Royal Mail taking between 3-5 working
days to deliver.
- Delivery charges for total order
not per item.
Late Deliveries - Important
If you plan to go away on holiday within
48 hours and are counting on your order arriving before your
departure it is important you read the following:
In order to deliver your goods it is necessary to employ
the services of a courier, whom we refer to as a 3rd party.
Although we expect our couriers to provide our customers with
the an efficient and professional service that strives to
deliver on time, it is impossible for us to make guarantees
on behalf of a 3rd party company. Unforeseen circumstances
that occur during transit may mean we are unable to deliver
on time as expected and it is for this reason that we cannot
guarantee or promise to deliver your goods the day after they
have been ordered. Therefore we would advise anyone looking
to go away imminently to buy the products required for your
holiday from a local agent, where the risk of failure to supply
is minimal.
If we have failed to deliver your goods before you leave
for holiday we request that you advise us that you will not
be home before you leave, so we may contact the courier to
request the goods be held until you return from your holiday.
Please note that if you cancel goods that have already left
our premises due to late delivery you will be liable for the
cost of returning goods back to our premises. The cost of
returning your order will be between £10 to £25.00.
To avoid unnecessary inconvenience please exercise common
sense and order goods allowing enough time in case of unforeseen
circumstances. We would rather you have the goods in good
time rather than risk going away without them. |
