There are a number of valid reasons for wanting to return merchandise back to Agentfiamma. Whatever the reason might be, it is important that you do not post back your unwanted items before contacting Agentfiamma first. Before we can accept a return from you, a request must be submitted in writing for review.
For your convenience we have provided a 'Merchandise Returns Form', at the bottom of this page. Please use the form as an initial point of contact. The form will help AgentFiamma process your unwanted mercahandise as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Once we have reviewed and accepted your request to return an item/s, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) reference, which can be used by both parties to identify the matter in any future correspondence. If you would like to exchange goods for something else a customer service representative will call you for details of the item/s required. We will respond to your returns request within one working day. Requests submitted over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
Good found to be Faulty or Damaged upon Delivery
If your goods are found to be missing, damaged or faulty upon delivery we strongly advise you call our Customer Service Department immediately on 0161 902 3023, so that we may rectify the situation as soon as possible.
