Special version of the Fiamma Privacy Room to fit to Fiamma ZIP awning canopy and turn it into a complete, enclosed living space

The two side panels of the Fiamma ZIP Privacy Room connect directly to the two special sturdy YKK zips fitted to the awning canopy. While the front panel and separate doorway slide into the front leading edge of the awning. Before you know it the Fiamma Zip is transformed into a fully enclosed room offering a reliable, dry and safe environment for the whole family to enjoy.

Available in different versions to suit awnings from 300 to 450 length and fitted at heights from 225cm to 280cm.

The ZIP Privacy Room is extremely robust and incorporates plenty of pegging points, which we would advise you use at all times. ZIP Privacy Room features breathable mosquito mesh panes and clear vinyl window panels.

Windows are quickly rolled-up to reveal the mosquito panels for warmer days. The walls of the Privacy Room are modular so the component front sections can be arranged in any order allowing you to position your door and windows as desired.

Panels can also be used independently as wind breaks on one side, or used together providing all round protection as prevailing weather dictates. The front door can be placed to the left or right of the main front panel and rolls up to allow access into the enclosure.

UV resistant, waterproof and washable vinyl fabric in white and grey colours. Privacy Room side panels now feature the new 'S' strap and Buckle system that allows you to quickly fit the new, optional, Tie Down Kit S.

Important Information

The Fiamma ZIP Privacy Room is an enclosure for the Fiamma ZIP canopy which is sold separately. It is only compatible with the Fiamma ZIP awning and can NOT be fitted to the normal Fiamma F45 and F65 wind out cassette awnings.

The Fiamma Zip Privacy Room does not include the awning canopy, only the ZIP Privacy Room is supplied. If you already have a ZIP Canopy or you need to replace an existing ZIP Privacy Room, this product is for you. If you do not have a ZIP wind out canopy please visit our Privacy Room Motorhome page to select the correct enclosure for your awning.

Versions & Compatibility

This current version ZIP Privacy Room fits all Fiamma ZIP canopies based on any generation of F45 and most F50 versions (see note for exceptions).

How to Measure

Measure the awning length A, and the fitted height B, and select the ZIP Privacy Room to match your installation.

Choosing Privacy Room length

For the appropriate Privacy Room length measure the full length of the awning case (measurement A) and select the Privacy Room length to match.

The actual length of your awning case (measurement A) will usually be slightly different to the nominal Privacy Room length. i.e. a Fiamma F45 S 300 awning has a case length of 308 cm and should be fitted with a Privacy Room 300.

Choosing Privacy Room Height

Measure the height from the ground to the BOTTOM of the awning case (measurement B).

• For measurements from 225cm to 250cm choose Privacy Room Medium
• For measurements from 251cm to 280cm choose Privacy Room Large

Measure the height at both ends of the awning as the one end may be slightly higher than the other. Also, consider whether you will raise your vehicle on ramps when on site as this may effect the size you should choose.
